Welcome to Design Pit. By accessing or purchasing from shopdesignpit.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

Design Pit provides original apparel, custom printing services, and related products through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to display our products, colors, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, or other settings.

Our apparel is printed to order. Products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, designs, availability, or pricing at any time.

3. Orders and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products from Design Pit.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory or production issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.

Because our products are printed to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an order. After the 15-minute cancellation period, an order may already have entered production and cannot be canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our store are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable corrections or errors.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes communicated on our website.

Delivery dates and estimated transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The Design Pit name, logo, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, written content, slogans, and other original materials available through our store are owned by Design Pit or used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use Design Pit artwork, designs, logos, or other protected content without our prior written permission.

7. Custom Orders and Customer-Provided Content

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, artwork, wording, sizes, colors, and other specifications.

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, text, or other materials to Design Pit, you represent that you have the right to provide and use those materials for the requested printing.

You agree not to provide content that infringes another person's or company's copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.

Design Pit may refuse a custom order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Errors and Corrections

Occasionally, our store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

If an order was placed based on a significant pricing or product error, Design Pit may contact the customer to correct the issue or cancel the affected order and provide any refund that is required.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services and providers to operate the website, process payments, produce products, process orders, or provide shipping and other services.

These services may include Shopify and third-party fulfillment providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies, and your use of those services may be subject to those terms.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, collect information from other customers without permission, or use Design Pit content in a way that violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Design Pit is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, internet or service interruptions, or other events outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
